Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oralink website and the AI-assisted communication and booking services provided by Oralink. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Oralink website, requesting a subscription, configuring an integration, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. The service

Oralink provides AI-assisted communication and booking systems for service businesses, across channels such as Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, website chat, and telephony.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide to Oralink — services, prices, availability, business rules, and any content the assistant should communicate. You must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Do not send spam or deceptive messages
  • Do not impersonate any person or entity
  • Do not distribute malware or attempt to compromise the service
  • Do not reverse engineer the service
  • Do not interfere with the integrity or performance of the service

5. Accounts and integrations

You are responsible for the security of any credentials and for the integrations you authorise (Instagram, WhatsApp, telephony, calendars). You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (Meta, WhatsApp, Make, OpenAI, Google, telephony and hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Oralink is not responsible for their availability or behaviour.

7. AI-generated responses and limitations

The assistant uses AI and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying important information (appointments, prices, service details) before relying on it.

8. Medical, legal, and financial enquiries

The assistant does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Sensitive enquiries should be routed to a qualified human.

9. Appointments and bookings

When the assistant creates or manages appointments on your behalf, you remain responsible for honouring bookings and managing your availability, cancellations, and refunds toward your customers.

10. Subscription, invoicing, and payment

Access is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing frequency, and currency are agreed individually with each customer and confirmed in a written quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in advance and exclusive of taxes.

11. Trial periods

Where a trial is offered, its scope and conditions are agreed in writing. Trial use is provided "as is" and may be modified or terminated at any time.

12. Cancellation and termination

Either party may terminate the subscription per the cancellation terms agreed. We may suspend the service immediately for material breach, non-payment, or use that creates legal or security risk.

13. Intellectual property

The Oralink service is owned by Oralink or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your content.

14. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care as for its own, and to use it only as needed under these Terms.

15. Data protection

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where Oralink processes data on your behalf, the parties will rely on a data processing arrangement consistent with the GDPR.

16. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oralink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Oralink from claims arising out of your use of the service in breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

Governing law and competent courts will be specified in the order form or written agreement. Otherwise, the parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

21. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
