Usage is measured in Oralink Credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and additional credits can be added if a month runs busier than usual.

Native integrations available today: Instagram, Shopify and Google Calendar (WhatsApp is in private beta). Others are added over time, and availability is confirmed for each business during setup.
